Monroe Mendelsohn Research, established in 1958, is a highly respected, mid-sized full-service marketing, media and public opinion research company, with a specialty in conducting research for litigation purposes. Mr. McCullough, President and owner of MMR, who leads the legal research practice is one of the Country’s leading experts in conducting legal research. Over the past 20 years, he has testified in numerous trials and other proceedings as an expert witness and has always been accepted as a survey expert.

Prior to joining Monroe Mendelsohn in 1968, Mr. McCullough was a marketing research Group Head at Datatab, providing computer processing and statistical consulting services to marketing research companies, advertising agencies and advertisers.

Mr. McCullough has a BA in Psychology from Lafayette College and a MBA in marketing research from Baruch College of the City University of New York.
